Each tour is totally customisable so you can create your perfect day in the vineyards. For space and comfort we carry a maximum of 4 guests on each tour in our luxury vehicle with Peter as your guide and chauffeur.

Stop At: Tertini Wines, Kells Creek Rd, Mittagong, New South Wales 2575 Australia

Tertini wines is recognised as a must-visit cellar door in the Highlands. Family owned and you will enjoy finding out about their history and wines

Duration: 50 minutes

Stop At: Sutton Forest Estate Wines, 21 Black Horse Lane, Sutton Forest, New South Wales 2577 Australia

As a small boutique winery this is one of our favourite destinations. Nick and Santina Lo Russo will welcome us in a true Italian tradition and explain how they blend their unique range of wines. Always a good spot for lunch and their Antipasto is excellent.

Stop At: Southern Highlands Welcome Centre, 62-70 Main St, Mittagong, New South Wales 2575 Australia

As we provide special private tours for up to 4 people we can also take you to many special cafes and picnic spots not well known to those who are not local residents. Mix it up with a few wineries and you will have a great day. Check out our reviews for more information.

We had a ball, we highly recommend Pete. He organised everything for us. We sat back relaxed and soaked up the Southern Highlands. We drank, ate and were merry celebrating our first wedding anniversary. Pete’s knowledge of the area and selection of wineries was perfect. He went above and beyond helping us out with transport for dinner and dinner bookings on a very busy Saturday night in the Highlands. We would like to thank Pete and encourage anyone to use his tour service. Thank you Pete very much Wayne and Venessa P.S Thanks for the Panadol lol

Pete and his personalised wine tour experience were delightful! It was lovely being driven around from place to place, and I especially enjoyed the care and attention he took to the day. We got to see so much of the region, while still feeling like we were able to take our time and fully enjoy what each winery had to offer. If you were looking for a wonderful tour of the Southern Highlands wineries in a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere with someone who is friendly and knowledgeable of the area, I would highly recommend. I know I'll be using Pete again.

We were referred to Pete from Highland Vines from another wine tour operator that was full and we are grateful they did. We only booked the day before and Pete was able to get back to us within minutes having booked tastings at a range of amazing vineyards- predominantly smaller ones not visited by larget bus tours. We spent the day travelling the Southern Highlands in a well appointed Lexus SUV where the plan was as flexible as we liked. We paid $150 each and theoretically tastings were extra but none of the cellars actually did charge us (we did buy wine from every one of them however) The tastings were also VERY generous. Pete's a local to the area and his wine tours are a semi retirement buisness. He loves sharing the best of the area and you will be promised an unforgettable day out.

Peter is an extremely knowledgeable, flexible, and pleasant tour guide. He is so familiar with the area, wineries, and those running the wineries that we were made to feel like locals from the get go, which was so lovely. Wonderfully comfortable ride and great communication and itinerary planning made our wine tour feel very well put together and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!

We contacted Pete to see if he had availability for a wine tour for 2. It was a bit last minute as we were wanting to go the next day. Pete said he would ring back and let us know. Within half an hour he phoned to let us know that he had booked us in at 5 wineries. He then emailed through all the information and itinerary. Pete is very knowledgeable of the area and the wineries and is very well liked in the area. We were made to feel welcome everywhere we went. The small boutique wineries were simply the best. We had a great day and would definitely recommend Pete.

We had an amazing wine tour of the Southern Highlands with Pete. He was very knowledgeable of the local area and wineries and gave us great recommendations for lunch and local attractions. Pete’s tour focuses on boutique wineries and all that he took us to we’re just lovely. Pete was the perfect guide for the day, his car was clean and comfortable which includes COVID safe packs. Will definitely be back - thank you Pete :)

We really enjoyed our time with Pete. Booking in was easy, Pete was very good at communicating our schedule with us & organising the tour efficiently. On the day, Pete picked us up from our Airbnb in his lexus and off we went! We had a really lovely time at all of the wineries, and on the journey with Pete also. We learnt a lot and felt like the experience was so much more personal than being on a tour bus. Will be recommending to anyone who wants to go to the highlands! Thanks Pete!

My friends and I had the best day on a half day wine tour with Pete last weekend. Pete organised all cellar door bookings which made everything so easy, and was more than accommodating of our specific requests for the wineries we love. Super organised and efficient, Pete made the day such a great time for all of us, and took all the work out of it. I'd highly recommend Pete's tours to anyone visiting Bowral, and will be booking him again myself on my next visit!

Communication with Pete to organise our half day tour was great with personalised recommendation for lunch and he booked our tastings ahead so when we arrived it was seamless and welcoming. His Lexus was immaculate and knowledge of the area and commentary very enjoyable. Trust Pete to not only look after you but make sure you have a great day out. We went on a Monday and cellar doors weren’t too busy. COVID precautions in place and a much better option than a bus with strangers - highly recommend you give Pete a call to arrange a tour in the Highlands.
