In the heart of the Melbourne arts precinct, and established in 2002, ARC ONE represents some of Australia's most highly respected contemporary artists.
Through their use of a variety of media and conceptual ideas, the gallery's artists represent the cultural diversity of contemporary Australia. Their work is curated into international and Australian exhibitions and biennales, with three of its artists having represented Australia at the Venice Biennale.
As well as representing established and mid-career artists, ARC ONE Gallery also supports the practices of emerging artists, bringing together a diverse spectrum of disciplines that include painting, sculpture, photography, video and electronic media.
